Job Title: Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced software engineering leader to join our team and help drive the development of high-performance blockchain applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technical teams, designing and developing complex software systems, and guiding teams in writing efficient and maintainable code.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical discussions, provide mentorship, and set the development roadmap for blockchain projects
  • Design and develop high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components
  • Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
  • Guide the development team in writing performant and optimized code in Rust
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Rust language with good development experience in Rust and its ecosystem
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust development, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.)
  • Experience with DeFi protocols: DEX aggregators, AMMs, order books, and liquidity management
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems
  2. Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects
