Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-performance results on all quality parameters by conducting thorough audits and providing actionable feedback.
  • Audit calls, chats/email interactions on Product/process, Communication, and soft skills parameters to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data and create comprehensive reports/decks to support decision-making and process optimization.
  • Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach, promoting accuracy and fairness.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to heighten awareness and focus on the importance of positive customer experience.
  • Drive process improvement by making recommendations and implementing changes that enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Reduce learning curve and enhance product/process knowledge of new joiners through effective training and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a culture of excellence and integrity.
  • Interact with customers/clients using process knowledge and highlighting key areas for improvement.
  • Prepare, publish, and execute 100% closure plans to optimize quality and performance.
  • Provide real-time support (Production/Live Support) as needed, responding promptly to business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in handling quality for Outbound Sales account.
  • Strong understanding of Audit & Coaching process.
  • Excellent writing and comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences and convey messages confidently.
  • Technical knowledge of English communication - sentence construction, grammar, punctuation, etc.
  • Strong presentation, feedback, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, preferably with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer orientation and customer service attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and high energy levels, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle/analyze data to generate Quantitative and Qualitative analysis, supporting informed decision-making.
