About the Embedded Systems Role

This embedded systems position serves a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 enterprises, small businesses, and industries like transportation and logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, retail, and the public sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-performance firmware and software for cutting-edge embedded platforms.
  • Debug and optimize firmware on complex embedded multi-core architectures.
  • Develop automated and unit-level functional testing to validate features.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design, develop, and test features up the stack.
We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in the field.
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong programming skills and proficiency in C/C++/Java for embedded systems, including algorithm development, data structure manipulation, and highly optimized code implementation.
  • Familiarity with consumer electronics and/or relevant technologies like multi-core ARM processors, WiFi/BT, IoT, vehicle communication/infotainment systems, V2X systems.
  • Knowledge of ARM or equivalent embedded multi-core microprocessor architectures is required.
  • A strong understanding of operating systems concepts such as thread scheduling, context switching, and memory management is necessary.
  • LINUX or ANDROID OS experience with ARM is beneficial.
  • Awareness of automotive protocols like J1939, J1587, J1850, etc., and electrical bus communication like UART, CAN, Ethernet, etc., is desired.
