Senior Software Engineer

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of software solutions from conception to delivery. Your expertise in software design and architecture will enable us to create high-quality products that meet customer needs.

  1. Software Design and Architecture: Develop well-structured and scalable software designs that align with business requirements.
  2. Task Management: Prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle to ensure timely completion.

  4. Automation: Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting to improve productivity.
  5. Code Review: Review and debug code to ensure it meets quality standards.
  6. Testing: Perform validation and verification testing to ensure software functionality and stability.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
  8. Documentation: Document development phases and monitor systems to track progress.
  9. Technology Updates: Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies to maintain competitiveness.
  10. Leadership: Serve as a technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, including internal and external team members.
  11. Innovation: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the existing content supply portfolio of applications and services.
  12. Component Development: Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack.
  13. Problem-Solving: Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
  14. Tech Evaluation: Remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.
  15. Task Planning: Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.
  16. Mentorship: Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
  17. Process Improvement: Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
  18. Team Collaboration: Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.
