Job Title

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the implementation of our Office 365 infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead scoping, assessment, planning, design, and technical documentation for implementing Office 365 core technologies.
  • Drive architectural decisions, ensure alignment with enterprise standards and IT security policies.
  • Define technical requirements, prepare resources and cost estimates, contribute to project charters.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency and simplification in solutions.
  • Architect and implement multi-tenant system configurations and federations.
  • Implement information protection, DLP, sensitivity labels, message encryption, Conditional Access and app protection policies.
  • Design and manage email protection systems, GAL sync, archiving and retention policies.
  • Implement guest user lifecycle management including creation, invitation and access controls.
  • Provide expertise on Compliance Center, Litigation Hold, retention policies, auditing and eDiscovery.
  • Act as highest escalation point for M365 support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and execute migration plans for OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
  • Analyze business requirements to evaluate and propose suitable technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver new solutions.
  • Facilitate and present technical discussions with SMEs, customers and stakeholders.
  • Build reporting dashboards for Azure and M365 using Power BI and PowerShell.
  • Review, analyze and communicate upcoming M365 updates and releases to stakeholders.
