Job Title: Insurance Operations Associate

This is a key role within our global insurer where you will play a significant part in supporting core insurance processes.

  • Deliver Administrative Services: Execute submission logging duties with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing of daily transactions.
  • Data Management: Manage data entry, cleanse data, and maintain quality control of client and business partner information.
  • Process Transactions: Ensure seamless month-end close processes and deliver high-quality results.

To be successful in this role, you will require moderate to excellent computer skills, good analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

You will also need to be flexible to work in different shifts and possess excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise interaction with customers.
