About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services in India - Gurgaon/Mumbai. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical and business skills to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage programs across different domains, including Banking and Payments, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and time.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify critical risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Provide regular reviews on critical dependencies and monitor gaps to make timely escalations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in Payments products implementation.
  • Proven track record of managing cost and budgets, improving customer satisfaction, and addressing conflict resolution.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders in large programs and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and willingness to learn and pilot innovations independently.
  • Good team management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
