Job Title: Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing real estate team as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Assistant Manager. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented individual with 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing.

The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of market dynamics, client handling, and negotiations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and grow into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of sales and leasing strategies
  • Assist in identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients
  • Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing, and competitor activity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients
  • Work with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to real estate policies
  • Participate in site visits, client meetings, and transaction closures

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing
  • Good understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master's preferred
