AI Innovation Position

Our team is seeking a highly skilled AI Exploration Engineer to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies.

This role will involve designing, executing, and evaluating machine learning experiments to explore emerging AI frameworks and tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prototyping and assessing end-to-end AI solutions to inform product strategy.
  • Formulating hypotheses and conducting structured evaluations to compare technical approaches.
  • Applying modern ML engineering practices to build and test scalable, modular proof-of-concept systems.
  • Contributing to the definition of best practices for experimentation, evaluation, and technical decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern ML/AI libraries, as well as experience working with large language models and orchestration frameworks.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related STEM field.
  • 3+ years of experience building machine learning-powered applications or tooling.
  • Strong understanding of model tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
  • Experience developing and deploying applications in cloud environments, including use of Docker and/or Kubernetes.
