Warehouse Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Officer to join our team at Abbott. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receipt and storage of materials, inventory management, and compliance with cGMP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receipt and verification of materials, including AVL verification and cleaning.
2. Ensure cleaning and verification of all balances.
3. Monitor and record temperature and RH levels, and take data logger print outs.
4. Post daily transactions in SAP, including raw and packing material dispensing.
5. Conduct stock verification of raw materials and update in SAP as per SOP.
6. Ensure no mix-up of raw and packing materials in the warehouse.
7. Ensure cGMP compliance, proper handling of equipment, and uploading/review of SOPs in DARIUS for LVP.
8. Dispense raw and packing materials, checking and verifying dispensing booths and areas.
9. Receive, store, and dispatch finished goods.
10. Perform any other job assigned by management.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records.
