Global Supply Chain Finance Operations Professional

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Finance Operations Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for deploying global processes for New Product Development (NPD) Costing, Innovation Costing, Month-End Close, and Trade Debtor/TWC.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business systems and tools, as well as experience in managing effective service delivery to create an exceptional user experience in the stakeholder community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deploy global processes for NPD Costing, Innovation Costing, Month-End Close, and Trade Debtor/TWC.
  2. Provide subject matter expertise in relevant areas.
  3. Act as a business partner and first point of contact for relevant processes.
  4. Guide and deliver through 3rd Party Service Providers (3PSPs) such as CG and IBM, and monitor performance.
  5. Manage effective service delivery to create an exceptional user experience in the stakeholder community.
  6. Have an in-depth understanding of business systems and tools.
  7. Understand Global Finance and Commercial Finance controls, document them, and attend/support SOX and other audits.
  8. Develop data mining capabilities and KPIs.
  9. Deliver excellent service and continuous improvements.
  10. Support the preparation of governance meetings with global stakeholders.
  11. Benchmark cross-cluster operations to identify opportunities for harmonization or implementing more efficient ways of working.
  12. Support various projects touching NPD Costing, Innovation Costing, Month-End Close, and Trade Debtor/TWC processes.
