">We're looking for Psychologists to join us in a structured student wellness initiative at a premier institute in West Bengal. This is a unique opportunity to combine counseling expertise with proactive engagement, and help foster a culture of openness, empathy, and resilience on campus.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).
- Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels
- Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our portal.
- Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
- Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.
- Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
- Have (1 - 8 years) experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
- Are comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
- Are fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).
