Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in a dynamic work environment. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves architectural design, project coordination, and software integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping innovative designs while managing projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs for various projects, incorporating creativity and technical expertise.
  • Utilize architectural software tools for design and execution, ensuring seamless integration of design concepts with technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure project success, maintaining open communication and teamwork.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Integrate design concepts with technical solutions, driving innovation and excellence in architectural design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's) from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in architectural and design software, including Autodesk Revit and SketchUp.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in project management and coordination, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
