Machine Learning Engineer

We're looking for an expert in machine learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in programming languages, including Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and train machine learning models using historical data and real-time analytics.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
  • Design and implement data pipelines to collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Work closely with the data science team to develop predictive models and A/B testing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of MLOps practices and ensure model deployment and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist (startup or product environment a plus).
  • Strong programming skills in Python; comfort with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience with data pipelines and storage (SQL, NoSQL, or vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS).
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills—able to turn data into insights and insights into product decisions.
