We are a leading Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in India, focused on generating revenue through strategic leasing at our business parks.

Job Description:

  • This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lease management process, ensuring quality and comprehensiveness of the lease management process.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lease Renewals: Oversee the renewal process for existing leases, ensuring timely closures and optimal pricing.
  • Lease Acquisitions: Identify and acquire new retail spaces, coordinating with internal departments for necessary approvals and ensuring deal closure.
  • Brand Optimization: Be responsible for brand and category mix for the retail section of the business parks.
  • Pre-Leasing Business Development: Responsible for all pre-leasing business development, pipeline generation for upcoming/under-development projects.
  • Tenant Relations: Manage the end-to-end leasing process with prospective tenants, coordinating with internal departments for necessary approvals and ensuring deal closure.
  • Casual Leasing and Branding: Generate revenue from casual leasing and branding spaces.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor registration and payments.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with respective Park Heads, Projects, Operations teams, apart from legal and finance teams, for deal execution.

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant Retail Real Estate leasing experience.
