Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a forward-thinking marketing agency seeking an experienced professional to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience for eCommerce and Home Services brands.

This role offers a unique opportunity for performance incentives based on individual results. The position can be performed remotely, requiring minimal relocation.

  • Conduct research to suggest relevant ad copy and creative assets.
  • Build client relationships and confidence through effective communication.
  • Perform A/B tests to gather insights and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and optimize ad strategies to increase return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and incorporate new trends into our strategy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook and Google for eCommerce/DTC brands.
  • Managed a minimum of $25,000 in ad spend.
  • At least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience.
