Treasury Services Manager

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Treasury Services Manager with our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience working in Treasury, coupled with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle margin calls and monitor short-term liquidity of funds; gain a deep understanding of the portfolio, its financing structure, and dynamics to efficiently analyze causes for change in liquidity.
  • Understand various margining methodologies of several agreements in a portfolio and track internal views of margin.
  • Implement end-to-end margin/financing, broker revenue, and counterparty exposure information.
  • Onboard new clients; gather requirements and showcase capabilities clearly.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations; be proactive in identifying needs, articulating scope of offering, escalating issues in timely manner, and showcasing persuasiveness in bringing about changes.
  • Learn and enhance knowledge on complete client's platform/industry, not restricted to current area of expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proven track-record of handling projects and improving processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with collaborative attitude.
  • Effective oral/written communications skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take on additional operational tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with VBA macros/Python will be a plus.
