Your Role as an Architectural Specialist

You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions, providing technical guidance and advice to both customers and colleagues alike.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and effective handoffs.
  • Partner with Product/Engineering Teams to provide expert recommendations and feedback.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and a technical coach to colleagues, offering guidance throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver compelling architectural blueprints, best practices, and scoped implementations to drive customer adoption and lead strategic decision-making.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Informatica products by sharing valuable insights and collaborating with Customer Support and Engineering/Product Management.

Essential Qualifications
  • Possess strong coaching skills to mentor colleagues in the customer success team.
  • Develop and deliver unique solution presentations and technical proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Create and publish external-facing content, including whitepapers, case studies, and articles, that showcase expertise and thought leadership.
