Creative Visual Storyteller

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to play a crucial role in delivering impactful stories through visual presentations and design.
As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional/global clients to create engaging visuals that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Utilize your creative skills to develop new ideas and concepts that exceed expectations
- Develop interactive communication design that effectively communicates complex ideas and concepts
- Meet with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
- Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for print
- Collaborate with designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists as part of a dynamic team
The role requires proactively working by coordinating handoffs, sharing context, and aligning on shared goals. Staying current on design trends, software updates, and best practices is also essential.
A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums is required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is necessary. Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and design principles is also expected.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are must-haves. Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work are also key qualities.
Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD) are preferred. Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools is also beneficial.
Storytelling abilities and strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities are highly valued.
