Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique goals and objectives of each patient.
  • Provide expert therapy through exercises, manual techniques, and physiotherapy equipment.
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, and heat/cold therapy.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home-based exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support patients in achieving optimal outcomes.
  • Support patients in improving mobility, managing pain, regaining strength, and recovering from surgeries or chronic conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and physical rehabilitation techniques.
  • Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and physiotherapy tools.
  • Expertise in manual therapy and patient assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and caregiver interaction.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate patients through recovery.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for individualized treatment planning.
