Job Title: Project Site Manager

Project site managers are responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

The job requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.

  • Site Operations: Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all site operations align with project specifications and drawings.
  • Quality Control: Ensures that all work executed at site meets quality standards and adheres to established methodologies.
  • Progress Tracking: Anticipates potential bottlenecks and takes proactive steps to avoid delays. Provides critical activity reports to clients as required.
  • Contractor Support: Advises contractors on resource productivity improvement techniques and monitors procurement of materials, equipment, and labor in accordance with project timelines.
  • QA/QC Support: Collaborates with QA/QC in-charge to ensure quality parameters are met.
  • Safety Management: Works closely with the safety team to implement safety standards at site, providing support for job safety analysis.
  • Escalation: Escalates any abnormal developments related to project progress, safety, quality, or resources to the project manager.

  • Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards.
  • Monitoring and improving resource productivity.
  • Collaborating with QA/QC and safety teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Reporting critical activities and escalating abnormalities to the project manager.
