Job Title: Site Visit Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Site Visit Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position that requires strong organizational and scheduling skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service and relationship management skills, and proficiency in basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating site visits for potential customers
  • Guiding tours and providing detailed information about the community and its offerings
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns
  • Liaising with sales and marketing teams to follow up with visitors post-visit
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to provide detailed information and tours to potential customers
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
