Job Title: Finance Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our finance team.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, IND AS, and relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, IND AS, and relevant regulations.
  • GST & TDS Compliance: Exposure in handling day-to-day GST & TDS compliance related matters.
  • GST Related Workings: Experience in preparing GST related workings for the purpose of filing GST returns etc.
  • GST Annual Audit: Exposure in managing the GST Annual audit and preparation of all the relevant GST reconciliations.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversight of day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, General Ledger, Accounts receivable, payroll etc.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including Balance Sheet, Income statements, cash flow statements etc.
  • MIS Reports: Strong hold in preparation of monthly MIS reports.
  • Financial Planning: Develop financial plans and budgets, monitor performance against budget, and analyse variances.
  • Audit Coordination: Work and coordinate with external auditors to share required audit data in order to get the audit done.
  • Inventory and Fixed Assets: Extensive knowledge and understanding regarding the accounting for Inventory and Fixed Assets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong background in accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, IND AS, and relevant regulations.
  • Experience in GST and TDS compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
