Lead Data Science Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lead Data Science Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data scientists to solve complex business problems using statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical problem statements and provide technical direction to the team.
  • Define technical requirements, manage end-to-end projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Present findings to senior business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage and mentor junior data scientists through technical and professional guidance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Python/R and SQL.
  • Experience in healthcare analytics or consulting sectors.
  • Experience working with real-world evidence and patient-level data from leading vendors such as IQVIA, Komodo, and Optum.
  • Strong foundations of statistics and machine learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in STEM (MS, MBA, PhD).
  • 5-7 years in healthcare analytics and consulting.
  • Experience in Oncology/Vaccine/Pharma & Rare Diseases therapeutic area commercial analytics.

Data engineering, data modeling, data science, data visualization, machine learning, software development, stakeholder relationship management.
