Job Opportunity:

As a production chemist, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests to manufacture chemicals according to established standards and guidelines. You will operate laboratory equipment and supplies safely and efficiently, document laboratory activities, monitor and report progress of analytical tests, and work with your supervisor to set objectives and milestones. Additionally, you will coordinate, prioritize, and plan lab tasks to meet deadlines, record and report test results, ensure final products meet quality and customer specifications, train junior chemists on test procedures, maintain sufficient stock of chemicals and supplies, and investigate issues, analyze root causes, and define resolutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:
