Key Role:

  • A seasoned PR professional with 5-6 years of experience in the Entertainment sector will thrive in this role, leading PR campaigns and managing high-value clients.
  • This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to drive exceptional results and build strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across sectors.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating content that builds sophisticated brand identities and a proven track record in managing large accounts and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication, strategic counsel, and delivery of exceptional PR campaigns.
  2. Strategy Development: Developing PR strategies that align with client goals, integrating media relations, content, influencer, and digital outreach.
  3. Media Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across sectors, driving top-tier media coverage through proactive outreach and storytelling.
  4. Team Management: Mentoring and managing a team of associates, overseeing team performance, growth, and development.
  5. Campaign Execution: Ensuring high-quality execution of campaigns, press releases, media kits, events, and reports.
  6. Business Development: Supporting new business pitches, proposals, and organic growth of existing accounts.
  7. Reporting & Analysis: Providing data-driven insights, media coverage analysis, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  8. Crisis Communications: Developing crisis response strategies for clients when required.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in PR for the Entertainment sector.
  • In-depth understanding and well-networked with relevant feature media and bloggers.
  • Expertise in creating content/business communiqué that builds and bolsters strong & sophisticated brand identities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in managing large accounts and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal/written.
