Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
\The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounts, preparing financial reports, maintaining management information systems (MIS) reports, and other finance operations.
\About the Role\- \
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries).\
- Handle receipts, billing, and vendor payments.\
- Reconcile bank statements and identify financial discrepancies.\
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, goods and services tax (GST), taxes deducted at source (TDS), and other statutory filings.\
- Coordinate with auditors by providing required documents during audits.\
- Maintain a record of all financial transactions.\
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth finance operations.\
- Assist in generating MIS reports and financial summaries.\
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by senior management.\
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements.\
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.\
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.\
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans.\
- Conduct regular reviews of financial performance.\
- Provide guidance and support to team members.\
- Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.\
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\
- Adhere to deadlines and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.\
