Genpact seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to join our OTC - Credit and Collections team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payment terms, monitoring approvals, and analyzing customer behavior to ensure timely payments.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with our 3rd party collections agencies to optimize our collection process. Your analytical skills will help us identify high-risk customers and prevent bad debt. You will also be responsible for performing securitization audits and conducting pre/post petition reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient payment term structures in PeopleSoft.
- Monitor and analyze approval workflows for Non-Standard Invoicing/Payment terms from Salesforce.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations for customer escalation based on payment history, credit information, and outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our securitization audit and reporting processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of pre/post petition reporting on a monthly basis.
- Conduct regular credit checks and monitor customer accounts for potential high-risk issues.
Requirements
A graduate in commerce (B. Com) with significant experience is essential. Excellent verbal and written English language skills are highly desirable.
