Software Development Expert

This role is for a skilled developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Expert with a passion for creating high-quality software applications that meet business needs. This individual should have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems and be well-versed in cloud technology, AI/ML, and data structures.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on full-stack applications, integrating generative AI capabilities and vision models, and leveraging NLP, embeddings, LLMs, and vector search. Strong understanding of containerization technologies, monitoring and logging tools, and data processing tools is also desired.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment
  • Rapidly prototyping concepts into working code
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Contributing to front-end and back-end development using cloud technology
  • Developing innovative solutions using generative AI technologies
  • Integrating with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations
  • Analyzing and understanding functional and technical requirements of applications, solutions, and systems and translating them into software architecture and design specifications
Requirements:
  • Mastery of programming languages like Python, Java, and web frameworks like Flask, Django, Fast API
  • Experience with popular large language models and their integration with software applications
  • Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and algorithms
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and monitoring of AI models in production
  • Proficiency in AWS/Azure platform, PostgreSQL/MongoDB SQL database, vector database for large language models, Databricks or RDS, S3 Buckets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) framework, AI Agents, Vector stores, AI/ML platforms, embedding models, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Team-oriented with a focus on achieving team goals
