Role Description
The Crown Financial Plan provides a comprehensive view of revenue and profitability, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will connect management and delivery teams to provide monthly walkthroughs of financial performance, highlighting actionable insights. Quarterly forecasts will be undertaken to ensure minimum variance between forecast and actuals. Effective working capital management includes reduction in unbilled invoicing, timely debt collection, and minimizing aged debt. Additionally, the role involves tracking provision for doubtful debts to improve overall Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) days.

Responsibilities
• Connect management and delivery head to provide monthly walkthrough of financial performance to stakeholders along with actionable insights.
• Undertake quarterly forecasts Revenue, Profitability such that there is minimum variance between forecast and actuals.
• Undertake working capital management which includes- reduction in unbilled invoicing, timely collection of debt, reducing aged debt and track PDD Provision for doubtful debts such that overall DSO days improve
• Revenue and margin governance which include accurate revenue recognition monthly revenue closure PL analysis cost take out initiatives rate hikes
• Proactively look to improve existing processes.
