Job Description

As a data analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing complex data sets from various sources across the organization. Your role will involve developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key findings.

Key responsibilities include identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements, and delivering tailored analyses.

You will also ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies, as well as develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a similar field is preferred.

Three years of working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role is essential. Proficiency in Python programming language and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib is necessary.

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases is also required. Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is desirable.

Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts is essential.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required.

The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
