Water Process Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Water Process Engineer to lead the engineering and design of water purification systems. This role is central to our growth strategy, offering full lifecycle responsibility from conceptual engineering and system design through installation and long-term operations & maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed system plans, P&IDs, layouts, and process workflows, ensuring compliance with local conditions, regulatory requirements, and performance targets
  • Oversee procurement, supplier engagement, and assembly partner coordination, ensuring high-quality execution and cost control
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and technical handover of systems to operations teams or clients
  • Take ownership of operations and maintenance strategies, developing SOPs and troubleshooting guidelines
  • Collaborate across disciplines to integrate field learnings and continuously improve system performance
  • Stay current on regulatory frameworks, certification standards, and relevant technological advancements

Our ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in engineering, designing, and delivering water or process systems at scale. They should have a strong background in process engineering, hydraulics, filtration, pumps, and automation. The ability to plan, model, and optimize complex water treatment processes is essential.

Candidates should also have experience in managing technical suppliers, fabrication partners, and field installation teams. A detail-oriented approach with excellent project planning, documentation, and execution skills is necessary for success in this role. Proficiency in English (professional level) is required, with Hindi or other Indian languages being a plus.
