Valuation Experts Sought

We are seeking highly skilled valuation professionals to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a key role in providing expert valuation services to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for talented individuals who are passionate about valuation and want to make a real difference in the industry. As a senior valuation professional, you will be responsible for leading complex valuation projects and working closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Extract and map data from financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, and other relevant documents into valuation models and Excel-based tools
  • Conduct research on industry trends, guideline public companies, and precedent transactions
  • Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for further investigation
  • Identify and implement appropriate normalization adjustments to financial statements
  • Assist in building and refining valuation models, performing adjustments, and applying quantitative techniques to support business valuation conclusions
  • Contribute to the drafting of narrative sections of valuation reports, documenting key assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions in clear and professional language
  • Prioritize projects and participate in scheduling meetings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • A business valuation credential (CFA), CA, MBA, or other advanced degree or certification
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in accounting or finance
