Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with 3-5 years of expertise in corporate contract, merger, and employment law, particularly within the technology sector.

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology contracts, including software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Mergers and Acquisitions: Support the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments, particularly in the tech sector. Conduct legal due diligence, focusing on intellectual property, technology assets, and regulatory compliance.
• Legal Compliance and Governance: Stay informed about developments in technology law, employment law, and other relevant regulations. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Data Privacy, IT Act, online gaming laws, etc.
• General Corporate Law: Provide legal advice on corporate matters, including corporate structure, equity financing, and shareholder agreements. Assist with corporate restructuring, fundraising, and other strategic initiatives.
• Administrative Support & Documentation: Update and maintain legal dockets, logs, and spreadsheets. Organize and prepare various legal reports. Assist in the timely intake and response to internal client requests, distribution, and collection of contract documents and project support documents.

Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of technology law and regulations.
