About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a proven track record of owning client accounts, driving revenue growth and cost efficiency, and delivering success in corporate events, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships.

  • Secure high-value business deals with corporates and brands.
  • Independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Take ownership of account P&Ls, driving both revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects — from pitch to execution — across multiple event formats.
Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
  • Client Acquisition: Target decision-makers in FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports, and Lifestyle sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
  • Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Create winning presentations, proposals & budgets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead with insights on industry trends & competitors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, production, and operations teams.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery — logistics, vendors, and post-event reporting.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
  • Strong corporate connections with marketing & procurement heads.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Event production, costing & budgeting knowledge.
  • Familiarity with event planning tools/software.
