We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in the travel industry.

In this role, you will be working with various airlines, hotels, and other travel-related companies to resolve customer issues, answer queries, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems is essential in this role, as you will be using these systems to manage complex itineraries, fare rules, and schedule changes.

You will also be expected to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively handle difficult or irate customers and provide a positive experience. Your ability to work under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions will be crucial in this role.

To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in customer service roles. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel, and have excellent fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems to resolve complex itinerary issues.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and resolutions.
