Automation Tester Position

We are looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Automation Tester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in marketing or campaign testing, preferably with experience working with PEGA and CCM.

  • Create detailed test cases that align with predetermined criteria, encompassing technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain thorough test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and completion reports.
  • Utilize POSTMAN for API testing and write efficient test scripts.
  • Develop automated tests using c# and maintain automation code on GIT.
  • Perform integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and independent testing.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to identify root causes of defects.
  • Effectively manage defects through resolution.
  • Work closely with the campaign manager and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess experience in agile delivery, planning, and coordinating program work for multiple squads.
  • Strong attention to detail, trustworthiness, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Candidates must leverage technology like PEGA/CCM to deliver data-driven communications, ensure timely campaign releases, and manage quality from pre- to post-execution.
