  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
    • Develop and implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
    • Monitor progress and outcomes related to DEI goals and objectives.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
    • Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the e-learning or K-12 education sector.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
    Work Environment:

The HR Director will work primarily in an office environment, with flexibility for remote work as needed. This role may require occasional travel to attend conferences, meetings, or school sites.
