Job Title: Director - DevOps

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps expert to lead our teams in driving automation, infrastructure management, and continuous delivery pipelines. You will provide strategic guidance and leadership across the organization, serving as the key point of contact for all automation processes, and shaping the overall DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leads and manages large-scale DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
  2. Develops and implements strategies for automation, scalability, and reliability across multiple platforms.
  3. Serves as the single point of solution for all automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
  4. Provides leadership and direction to DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud resource management.
  5. Collaborates with development, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of systems.
  6. Optimizes cloud usage, infrastructure cost, and performance by implementing best practices.
  7. Ensures high availability, disaster recovery, and efficient incident management processes.
  8. Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure from development to production, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
  9. Drives innovation in cloud infrastructure, DevOps tools, and automation technologies.
  10. Oversees budget, resource planning, and scaling strategies for infrastructure and operations.
  11. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring team members and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

14+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Operations management.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure and teams (DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Infra, and Operations).
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of DevOps and SRE practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Strong understanding of security, scalability, and reliability best practices.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred:

Experience working in high-growth, large-scale environments.

Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.).
