Job Title: Key Manager – Quantity Survey

  • Lead and direct the Quantity Surveying team across multiple projects to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee tendering processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management to optimize business outcomes.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure compliance with approved budgets and financial regulations.
  • Implement cost-control measures and identify areas for savings through process optimization and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, legal, and contractual standards, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with design, procurement, project management, and finance teams to drive business success.
  • Provide timely MIS reports and updates to leadership, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Develop and optimize QS processes, systems, and best practices for scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and direct a high-performing Quantity Surveying team.
