We're seeking a seasoned Data Science Professional to drive intelligent automation initiatives and minimize operational downtime through AI-powered incident detection and resolution.

This role involves leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance IT observability, automate root cause analysis, and optimize business processes. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying predictive models to detect anomalies, forecast incidents, and streamline IT operations.

  • Automated Insight: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AI-driven solutions with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, and AppDynamics.
  • Operational Efficiency: Partner with DevOps, SREs, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and develop data pipelines to collect and process logs, metrics, and events from various sources.
  • Model Deployment: Build and maintain data-driven pipelines to deploy AI/ML models and improve IT service management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data science, preferably in IT operations or business analytics environments, and strong programming skills in Python. Experience with implementing GenAi and AI Python SDKs, time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling is also essential.

  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AIOps platforms, problem-solving skills, agentic AI project planning, manipulating text embeddings, familiarity with popular UI frameworks, and demonstrable knowledge of debugging code.
