Job Opening for Anaplan Model Builder

We are seeking a highly skilled Anaplan Model Builder to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, configure and build solutions, and resolve production issues.
  • Demonstrate expertise in model building in Anaplan and stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality reporting dashboards that meet business needs.
  • Coordinate among data integration and migration teams to ensure seamless data flows.
  • Possess sound technical knowledge on Lists, Modules, Data Hubs, New UX, ALM, and other relevant technologies.
  • Knowledge of Anaplan Space Optimization and Formula Tuning techniques.
  • Able to perform front-ending with customers and stakeholder management.
  • Lead production support issues based on severity and work with other teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Lead existing Anaplan models and build new modules/models as needed.
  • Learn and support new finance platforms like Coupa and other emerging technologies.
  • Prepare artifacts like detail designs, tech specs, data flow diagrams, and business architecture diagrams.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to build/support integrations.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Eligibility:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning principles and best practices.
  • Clear communication and ability to create order out of chaos.
  • 6+ years of experience in supporting enterprise-scale financial platforms like Anaplan, Coupa, Oracle etc.
  • 5+ years' experience in Anaplan as a model builder.
  • Level 3 Model Building skills and expertise.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise platforms and their integrations through middleware using MuleSoft/Boomi.
  • Experience in creating technical artifacts like Tech Spec, Data Flow Diagrams, and Business Architecture Diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with operating in sprint cycles using Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Ability to learn new systems/processes and quickly ramp up to support those functions.
  • Ability to operate independently from an offshore location with minimal oversight and guidance.
  • Demonstrate pro-activeness to take up broader org-level initiatives to improve overall process maturity.
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of APIs (SOAP, REST) is beneficial but not required.
