Project Lead Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced project lead architect to spearhead the design process, manage client relationships and oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept development to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to quality standards and schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and contractors to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end redevelopment projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
