Job Title: Cloud Computing Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Cloud Computing Specialist to join our team in a highly rewarding role that combines technical expertise with business acumen. As a key member of our cloud contact center administration team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust cloud infrastructure using AWS Management Console, Amazon CloudWatch, and AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Integrate microservices using AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and Amazon Lex
  • Analyze customer conversations using machine learning technologies like AWS Contact Lens, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Comprehend, and Amazon S3

Secondary Skills:

  • Familiarity with Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE
  • Experience with infrastructure management, application enablement services, session management, elite ACD management, basic and advance configuration, Oracle Acme SBC Gateway Management, advanced call routing & queuing strategies, Avaya CTI Services, voice call detail recording, IPT end point devices support

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in cloud contact center administration
  • Excellent knowledge of AWS services, including AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Kinesis Data Streams
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and serverless workflows
