About the Role: As a Seller Support Onboarding Associate with myGwork, you will be at the forefront of Amazon's e-commerce platform, serving as the primary interface between Amazon and our third-party sellers. This role is instrumental in successfully onboarding new sellers to the Amazon.in platform while driving adoption of premium services such as FBA and MFN Local Shops.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. You will work closely with various teams, including Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments, to ensure seamless support to merchants. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the customer experience through seller enablement and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive phone and email support within established service level agreements
  • Execute end-to-end seller onboarding processes for Amazon.in platform
  • Strategically up-sell and drive adoption of Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) and MFN Local Shops
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and solution-oriented operational support
  • Identify and resolve systemic issues
  • Innovate process improvements and enhance internal documentation
