Lead Python Automation Developer

As a seasoned automation specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge Python-based frameworks for embedded automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure quality excellence.
  • Develop and execute white-box and black-box testing plans.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed logs.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Python scripting for automation and testing.
  • 5+ years of experience in embedded systems testing within the automotive domain.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and system testing.
  • Deep knowledge of core testing principles, including defect management and test strategy.
  • Proficiency in Embedded C programming.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology and requirement-based testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with CAN (Controller Area Network), UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services), CANoe/CANalyzer.
  • Coverage measurement techniques and tools.
