Job Title: Senior Bioinformatics ScientistJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled bioinformatician to join our team at [removed]. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioinformatics and biotechnology, with hands-on experience in clinical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present compelling scientific presentations and develop scalable solutions based on biological problem statements and multi-omics data.
  • Analyze multi-omics biological data using state-of-the-art statistical methods to derive relevant insights.
  • Innovate to develop and optimize tools, pipelines, and algorithms for analyzing and visualizing multi-omics biological data.
  • Contribute to knowledge graph construction and structured data modeling, ensuring datasets are AI/ML-ready for downstream applications.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of ML specialists, data scientists, and bioinformatics engineers to translate customer requirements into innovative solutions.
Qualifications
  • PhD (with 0-2 years of relevant experience) or Masters (with 3-5 years of relevant experience) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven expertise in processing and analyzing omics data, with a track record of deriving actionable insights and clinical data integration.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Hands-on experience applying computational algorithms and statistical methods to big data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
