As a key member of our Independent Testing group, you will collaborate with colleagues and internal partners to support and implement initiatives that align with our company's risk management objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain methodologies and standards for review activities companywide, ensuring alignment with the risk management framework.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of testing, validation, and documentation of review activities for risk programs, risks, and controls.
- Support low-to-moderate risk initiatives and exercise independent judgment to guide risk reporting, escalation, and resolution.
- Present recommendations for resolving complex situations, exercising independent judgment to develop expertise in risk management frameworks and the risk environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in Independent Testing or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your annual salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan and paid time off.
