About the Role:

Acentra Health is seeking a highly skilled Director of Emerging Technologies and Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing enterprise-level AI and ML programs and initiatives to support the company's ambitious growth and expansion goals.

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing machine learning models in real-world applications, managing teams of machine learning engineers, business intelligence analysts, and data scientists. You will have a strong background in AI and ML, with experience leading strategic business planning for AI/ML, data science, and analytics functions in a large, globally matrixed business organization.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML, analytics, and BI strategy aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.


  • Oversee the research, development, and deployment of AI/ML models to solve business problems and enhance product offerings.


  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using cloud-native platforms.


  • Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics methodologies, techniques, and tools, extracting actionable insights from complex data sets to support decision-making.

  • Create and enhance BI solutions, dashboards, and reports to provide timely and accurate information to key stakeholders.

  • Work with executives and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and align data and analytics initiatives with their strategic priorities.

  • Provide strong leadership to the technology and analytics team, driving operational excellence through process improvement, effective design, and performance measurement.

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the industry and recommend tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance the organization's data capabilities and competitive advantage.

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring their professional growth and development, and oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
