About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable platforms, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality code.

  • Technical Leadership: Design and implement robust platforms that meet business requirements.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow professionally.
  • Code Delivery: Develop and deliver production-ready code that meets quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in core Java, including expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot. A strong understanding of web services standards, SaaS product development, and database technologies is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are also required.
